Journey of a Fullstack Developer
I’ve always wanted to learn how to code.. some innate passion you can call it, but I never really knew how to start or even where to start.
And so, with little effort in, a passion was dead.
I have to say, 2020, catastrophic as it was, was a wake-up call to a lot of us. I’ve always known this, but I never took it seriously, “tech is the way to the future”. And so early 2021, I decided this was the year to take tech seriously, to delve in deep into coding. As I believe HTML may or may not be programming (I don’t want to spark up an unwinnable argument here), it is, in fact, a gateway into programming, and so it is definitely the way to start.
I enrolled on lots of online courses on Coursera and some on Udemy...
Then everything changed. I don’t know if it was the interactive and fun classroom setting or the open-minded, ready to help get-go attitude of the instructor, I was in love with coding once again! A passion reignited, I felt at ease and in love with what I was learning. I was making progress, and I saw the progress in real-time. I don’t know where this passion will take me someday, but one thing I know is, I will always look back on Codevixens academy as the start of it all. Such an amazing experience.
